New Jersey Transit commissioned artist Maria Mijares to create original artwork for 4 unique murals for the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail in Union City, New Jersey. The artwork is comprised of transportation themes in bright bold colors. KVO Industries was chosen to reproduce the final designs into durable Porcelain Enamel murals. Three of the murals measure 11' x 10-1/2' while the fourth measures 8' x 13-1/2'. Each mural is comprised of 6 - 8 individual panels. KVO was entrusted to this project due to our superior color matching and proofing capabilities as well as our ability to offer a sound installation solution utilizing our standard mural clip system.
