This public art program is for two stations of the Phoenix Valley Metro Light Rail system situated in the central business area in the heart of downtown Phoenix. The design for this project was awarded to Steve Farley who used a variety of photographic images to portray the history of racial justice and equity in Phoenix. A total of 30 KVO porcelain enamel panels utilizing a green and black duo-tone imaging process were used to create a subtle yet lasting impression.
"Working with KVO was a pleasure. Not only were their prices very reasonable, the customer service was second to none, and the quality of the product was excellent. I look forward to working with them again."
